Accused of murdering a 12 year old girl, sexually abusing eight other young girls, including an 18 month old young infant, as well as running a website which offers pay-per-view video streams of children being abused, raped, and tortured. Peter Scully is an Australian pedophile who is currently being held on trial for accusations of human trafficking and rape. 

Scully originally fled to the Philippines, from Melbourne, in 2011 due to consistent accusations of fraud. There, Scully is thought to have created “an international pedophile ring”, where he uploaded and charged people money for watching and sharing explicit videos of children being raped and tortured. Scully had allegedly sold these explicit videos to buyers from Brazil, America, and Germany.  

Scully was eventually arrested though in February 2015, after the remains of a young girl were found buried beneath an apartment that Scully had previously rented. Police also found two young, badly beaten and raped, girls chained up in his bedroom.  It is thought that Peter had been ratted out by his partner at the time, a 17 year old Filipino girl who was familiar with Scully’s sexual abuse. 

Scully has pleaded not guilty to all accusations, but a verdict is yet to be made. The Philippine authorities have commented that this particular case has been the worst one that they’ve dealt with yet, and that Scully is also undergoing a separate criminal investigation in the Netherlands for accusations of fraud.
