Famous thrill killer Nathan Leopold is described as nothing short of a genius. He had a reported IQ of 210, and by the time of the murder he had an undergraduate degree at the university of Chicago. He studied up to 15 languages and was fluent in at least 5 of them. Leopold also was a highly regarded ornithologist, having helped identify a rare bird that had not been seen in the Chicago area for over half a century. His partner in crime, Richard Loeb, is the youngest graduate of the University of Michigan in history, having graduated at the age of 17 in 1923. He had an IQ of 160, and though he was not as brilliant as Leopold, IQ’s over 140 are considered highly superior, if not genius.
