Timothy McVeigh’s last 30 day psych review before his execution.

Mr. McVeigh has re-established telephonic contact with his father and a couple of others. He has been seeing himself in the media a great deal lately. He met with this attorneys again this week. Mr. McVeigh has found the faux pas of the FBI to be very entertaining and believes these government errors lend support to his ideas and actions.

Mr. McVeigh remains stable emotionally. He does not suffer from a major mental health disorder or defect. He denies having any mental health concerns. McVeigh maintains a pleasant demeanor, exercises his bright wit, and participates in his legal activities. He spends his time watching TV, reading his correspondence, and writing people. Mr. McVeigh is comfortable with Psychology Staff and has agreed to contact us should he have any problems. He will continue to be seen on a regular basis.
